The Team & Associates
Charlotte Sykes
My work is shaped by over 20 years of experience working closely with businesses, leaders and individuals across a wide range of sectors.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported organisations to develop people, build effective teams, strengthen communication, improve emotional intelligence and navigate complex and sensitive moments — including promotion, progression, restructure and redundancy — in ways that are clear, fair and human.
This experience allows me to work not only as a coach, but as a trusted thinking partner for leaders and individuals carrying responsibility and emotional load.
Professional Background
My work is underpinned by professional training, accreditation and continuous development across coaching, leadership, emotional intelligence and behavioural insight.
I combine this professional foundation with extensive real-world experience working closely with businesses, leaders, teams and individuals — supporting people through complexity, pressure and change in practical, human and thoughtful ways.
This blend of experience and professional practice ensures that the work at CWR Consultancy is both credible and grounded, combining insight, reflection and action in a way that feels safe, realistic and effective.
