Charlotte Sykes
Charlotte has extensive experience delivering dynamic training, coaching and recruitment strategy support to businesses, individuals and to the education sector. She has a wealth of industry knowledge, an extensive network and a reputation for the quality of her approach. She is a Registered Professional with the Career Development Institute, a Member of the CIPD, a Member of the Association for Coaching. a MOE certified Coach and an Enterprise Advisor for a Northamptonshire School for the Careers & Enterprise Company. She is a Level 6 Qualified Careers Coach, REC Qualified Recruiter and Co-Founder of Be Career Confident.
Alice Cooper
Alice is an experienced coach, group facilitator, trainer and non-executive director. As a CWR associate, Alice delivers executive and career coaching and bespoke consulting/advisory work to clients, including an involvement in our schools-based careers coaching and training. Outside her work with CWR Alice has a background as a chartered accountant and worked for many years in the professional and financial services sectors before taking time out to look after her family and qualifying as a coach. She now also holds non-executive director roles in the financial services sector, with the NHS, and with an education and apprenticeships charity. Outside of work Alice is involved in supporting her community in various roles. Alice is a member of the Association for Coaching and a contributor to Be Career Confident.
Alice Girdlestone
Alice has nearly two decades in the field of education and coaching, with the past 13 years dedicated to special education. As a coach for neurodiverse children and adults, she combines her passion for teaching art with a unique approach—using art as therapy and providing valuable coaching. Alice uses the therapeutic qualities of art and the transformative power of creativity to fostering holistic well-being and empowering others to meet their full potential professionally and personally. Her holistic approach extends beyond academic success, aiming to empower individuals to meet their full potential and pursue fulfilling lives. Alice is a Drawing and Talking Practitioner and PGCE qualified.
Tally Taylor
Tally is an experienced recruiter, trainer and coach. In addition to providing support to clients and candidates with both permanent and temporary recruitment, Tally supports our schools careers support and our Schools Subscription Service. She has a vast local network and she is recognised by all for the hard work she puts in to the local community. Tally was a member of the in-house CWR team for many years and now is a specialist Associate.
